I take buildings from the first site visit to the finished room: existing conditions measured and drawn, the design developed and rendered so owners can see it before it costs money, and construction sets detailed so contractors can price and build. Then I move to the owner's side of the table and manage the build itself, holding scope, vendors, and schedule to what the drawings promised.
