Healthy Waltham — "Creating a Healthy Community Together" — is a Waltham, MA nonprofit that exists to alleviate health disparities and improve health outcomes for the city's most vulnerable residents. It runs hunger-relief food pantries and a nutrition education program from 510 Moody Street. My involvement is as project manager and owner's representative on the building side: vendor coordination, contractor oversight and technical drawings for the space the organisation is renovating and preparing to occupy.
